Dr. Michael Vaughn is a board-certified allergist and immunologist with over 25 years of practice in San Antonio. He completed his residency training in internal medicine before pursuing fellowship training in allergy and immunology — the specialized pathway recognized by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dr. Vaughn treats both adult and pediatric patients with a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions. He has particular expertise in asthma and related lung disorders, drug allergy, insect sting allergy, and complex immunologic disease. He is known for his thorough, methodical approach and his ability to explain complex conditions in plain language.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Vaughn is an active member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and stays current with the latest advances in immunotherapy and biologic treatments.

Dr. Adrianne Vaughn, MD

Fellowship Trained Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Specialist

Dr. Adrianne Vaughn is a "home-grown" San Antonian attending Incarnate Word High School and graduating Salutatorian of her graduating class. She received a full academic scholarship to St. Mary's University and then attended Medical School at UTHSC-SA. She completed residency training in Pediatrics before specializing in Allergy and Immunology (UTHSC-SA) — giving her a uniquely comprehensive perspective on both childhood and adult allergic disease.

Dr. Vaughn has a special focus on food allergy, childhood eczema and dermatitis, hives and anaphylaxis, and recurrent infections related to immune dysfunction. She is passionate about helping families navigate the anxiety that often accompanies these diagnoses, and works to create clear, actionable plans that fit real life.

Dr. Vaughn is a member of the Texas Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society (TAAIS) and the and she regularly participates in continuing medical education to bring the latest evidence-based treatments to her patients.
